Pizza from Village Pizzeria in Mechanic Falls

First, we had a hard time concentrating as someone from the kitchen was yelling virtually the entire time we were there; zero awareness from the kitchen, LOL. Wi-Fi is unavailable, and they're in some cell dead-zone, so we had to resort to the good ol' fashioned conversation thing. :) Wait service was good, our server was pleasant. Also weird was the fact that there were about 20 tables, yet they chose to sit three parties next to each other instead of spacing them out - was okay to hear about our neighbor's struggles in life, but I could also tell they had the fish since I was close enough to smell it. :) 

Bern (white pizza): 2.5 out of 5. Average, boring. Boring stands out about this pizza. Actually, nothing stands out.

Casey (roni): 2.5 out of 5. Pizza was pretty basic, although with a sprinkle of parmesan and red pepper, it tasted good. Didn't seem like fresh dough. Would eat it again, but wouldn't go out of my way for it. 

Pizza from Georgio's Pizza and Donut Shop

Medium roni pizza and two donuts ($20).

Bern's take: 1.25 out of 5 stars. Too much dough, not enough cheese, no seasoning. 

Casey's take: 1.5 out of 5 stars. So. Much. Dough. I guess I shouldn't be surprised to have lots of dough on a pizza from a donut shop, but it was like eating a loaf of bread. Not enough cheese. Not enough sauce. Not enough roni. Not a piece of oregano to be found. If they had loaded the toppings to counteract all the dough, maybe it would be worthy. You're better off buying a pizza kit from any grocery store and making it at home.
